Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I moved to the East Coast of Florida as a young girl where I grew up. I spent 15+ years as a paralegal specializing in litigation, appellate condominium law, estate planning and real estate. In 2004, I moved to SW Florida where I raised my family while teaching 5th grade through high school, piano and martial arts. A self-taught “techie,” I worked for a tech company providing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) expertise while managing 15+ blogs. I’ve transferred all of these skills into the real estate sector as an Operations Manager for a real estate team, as well as a Transaction Coordinator. I’m grateful to be a part of Joe’s team, as all of my skills are perfectly suited to my role as a Listing Coordinator and Showing Assistant. Joe and I share the same business philosophy which is to provide exceptional customer service, and it is a pleasure to work with caring and consummate professionals such as Joe and his team. In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my rescue dog – Rue, hiking, geocaching, reading and watching football.

It is now a pleasure to bring this same experience to a fast-growing Premier Leader in Real Estate in the Southwest Florida area, Joe Pavich, Jr. of Realty World-Florida. Since 2013, I have been Joe’s Executive Assistant. I am very proud to have this role and look forward to many more years with Joe. As Joe’s Assistant, I have found we have the same goals. I pride myself on being personable and sincere. I guess that is what comes being from a small town in mid-Michigan. In 1995, I started my real estate career and quickly became a multi-dollar producer as a New-Construction Specialist. Moving to Southwest Florida in 2006 offered me the opportunity to live and learn the intricacies of this market while raising my son and daughter. Being married to a business owner who specializes as a home builder and custom cabinetry for more than 28 years, allows me to offer Joe much more than real estate assistance. It is my pleasure to have become an Assistant to Joe Pavich Jr. His diligence and success is what drew me to him and his amazing team.
